Get back to the real criminal, the NSA, where are the indictments?

It is embarrassing what the talking heads are spinning right now.

The NSA has been spying on private Americans without probable cause or warrant because they have recently written their own rules to make this activity legal.

Many of the leaders have either lied to our “elected” officials in Congress or taken the 5th when asked to report on their service to the people.

Snowden, is just some smuckk of an American that got it in his craw to come clean. Forget about him.

The NSA is an unconstitutional institution that has taken the law into it’s own hands. The Constitution was agreed to as a firm restriction on government’s reach into the private lives of free Americans. The Patriot Act, NSA, DHS, IRS, FISA, FEMA, etc., may or may not be good ideas on their merit. but that is not the point.

The point is, in America, the Constitution is the law of the land or there is no law. Anything government does outside these strictly defined duties is offered to the free American people as an opt in service.

In other words, there can be no command power over reluctant Americans.

When government employees do things against the protected rights of the American people, these employees need to be prosecuted for their crimes. Where are the Grand Jury indictments against these people?
